Lake Nakuru National Park spans an attractive range of wooded
and bush grassland around the lake offering wide ecological
diversity from lake water, woodland to the rocky escarpment and
ridges. Lake Nakuru is a world heritage site famous for its
million plus flamingo population, is also an ornithologistís
heaven with over 450 plus bird species and has unique forests of
cactus euphorbia trees in addition to a sanctuary for rhinos,
the park is also home to a variety of wildlife such as the lion,
leopard, rhino, giraffe and buffalo.
The Masai Mara National Reserve is probably the most famous
and most visited Wildlife safari destination in Kenya. The Masai Mara is also home to the 'Great wildebeest
Migration' now dubbed the 8th Wonder of the World.
